Football Subscription Payment Policy
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to ensure consistent and transparent management of football subscription payments to Litchard FC, ensuring the sustainability of the club and fair access to all players.
1. Payment Requirements
* All players must pay a subscription fee to participate in football activities, including training sessions, matches, and other team events.
* The total subscription amount for the season will be £220 plus £15 registration fee.
* The subscription fee is divided into two instalments: one in June 2025 - £110 plus £15 and the second due in February - £110.
2. Payment Schedule and Deadlines
* The first installment is due by July 15th each season.
* The second installment is due by February 15th the following year.
* Payments made after the deadline may result in restricted access to team activities, including participation in matches and training.
3. Payment Methods
* Payments will be accepted via bank transfer or cash (if necessary).
* Payment details and instructions will be provided at the time of registration.
* Players should ensure payments are marked with their name or player ID to help track individual contributions.
4. Payment Plans
* Players who may have difficulty paying the full subscription amount upfront can request a payment plan, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Payment plan terms and conditions will be discussed with team management.
* All payment plans must be finalised d before the start of the season.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
* Subscription fees are non-refundable once the season has started unless there are exceptional circumstances such as injury or other serious issues.
* Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Payment Consequences
* Players who fail to make timely payments without prior arrangement for an alternative payment plan may be excluded from team activities, including games and training sessions, until the subscription is paid in full.
* If non-payment persists for more than one week, the player may be removed from the team roster.
7. Financial Assistance
* The team recognises that some players may face financial hardship. If you are experiencing difficulties making the subscription payment, please reach out to the team management to discuss potential financial assistance options.
8. Amendments to the Policy
* This policy may be updated periodically. Players will be informed of any changes or updates to the payment structure or deadlines in advance.
