Purpose
Litchard Football Club values the privacy and safety of all participants. This policy explains how
photographs and videos are collected, used and protected while supporting football activities.
Why We Use Images & Video
Photographs and videos are used to assess gameplay and player development, celebrate
achievements, promote club activities, and communicate through our website, newsletters and
other media.
Where Images May Be Used
Official club website, newsletters, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok
and YouTube), promotional materials and coaching analysis.
Consent
Written consent from a parent or guardian is required before photographing or recording any child.
Consent includes permission to capture images, permission to use them for club purposes, and the
option to decline.
Opt-Out
Parents or guardians may opt out at any time by notifying the club at contact@litchardfc.com. The
club will take all reasonable steps to ensure the child is not included in photographs or videos.
Storage & Security
All images and videos are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised club personnel.
Appropriate measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.
