Consent

We prioritise the privacy and consent of our participants and their families. Therefore, we require a signed consent form from all parents or guardians before photographing or recording any child involved in our activities. This consent form includes:
Permission to photograph and/or record videos of their child.
Authorisation to use these photographs and videos for the purposes outlined in this policy.
An option to opt-out if they do not wish their child to be photographed or recorded.

Opt-Out Option
We respect the wishes of any parent or guardian who chooses not to have their child photographed or recorded. To opt-out, parents or guardians can indicate their preference on the consent form or contact us directly at Litchardfc@outlook.com. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests and ensure their child is not included in any photographs or videos.
