Purpose
This policy outlines the payment arrangements for membership fees at Litchard Football Club.
Membership fees contribute towards coaching, facilities, equipment, league affiliation, insurance
and the day-to-day running of the club.
Membership Fees
Membership fees for the 2026/27 season must be paid promptly. Players may pay either £275 as a
single annual payment or £25 per month from July to June via Clubforce.
Payment Reminders
Clubforce will issue up to three reminder emails if a scheduled payment is missed.
Financial Difficulties
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact the club as soon as possible. We will
discuss suitable payment arrangements confidentially wherever possible.
New Players
Players joining after the start of the season will be charged on a pro-rata basis according to the
remaining months in the payment cycle.
Outstanding Fees
Where membership fees remain unpaid and no payment arrangement has been agreed, Litchard
Football Club reserves the right to suspend participation in training sessions, matches and other
club activities until the account is brought up to date.
